Restaurants, bars, cafés, eateries, hotels, chefs etc can register by paying a mandatory nominal participation fee. They can also register in two categories for the same fee. However, if they wish to register in more than two categories, an additional fee shall apply. All entries in their respective categories will be considered nominees only. Nomination does not guarantee winning an award.
Voting Phase
Nominees will be assigned unique telephone numbers and/or QR codes. This will allow voters from their respective cities to vote for their preferred establishments by either giving a missed call to the assigned number and/or scanning the QR code.
Selection of Winners
For the selection of the winners of Times Food & Nightlife Awards, equal weight will be given to the panel of food critic/s and public voting — 50% weight will be assigned to voting and 50% to the food critic/s from their respective cities. Based on these two parameters, the final awardees will be determined.
